The creation of favourable conditions for high-quality new settlements is the result of a constant integration between the local economic development function with the efforts to protect and enhance the environment and the territory that is home to Carnia Industrial Park. Since 1999 Carnia Industrial Park has completed more than 170 projects of which more than 90 dedicated to infrastructure for productive activities, over 20 environmentally useful activities for the territory, more than 30 interventions for roads works and 7 for soil conservation. Research, technological innovation - 4 interventions for fiber-optic cabling and upgrading of telecommunications - construction of renewable energy power plants - 13 photovoltaic plants and a hydroelectric plant – These are some of the operational solutions which Carnia Industrial Park has designed and built to meet the needs of the firms settled within the Park and to consolidate the attractiveness of its industrial areas.
